Rhonda Carol Woolley went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, March 19, 2021, at her home in Vicksburg. She was born on December 23, 1954 in Jackson, Mississippi to her loving parents, Clayton and Faye Woolley, who predeceased her.
Rhonda was a long time member of Parkway Baptist Church and presently worshipped at Living Waters Christian Fellowship in Vicksburg. Rhonda was a graduate of Provine High School and attended Hinds Community College. She had a beautiful singing voice and often shared it with others throughout her life. She worked many years for Homes and Land in Vicksburg and later enjoyed spending time with her son and granddaughter. Rhonda ministered to many people and shared daily spiritual nourishment with family and friends. She loved staying in touch with family and friends and recalling funny experiences of growing up. She truly had a zest for life. All family and friends will have fond memories of her.
She is survived by her son, Ronnie Weeks, Jr. and granddaughter, Anniston, her sister, Linda Woolley (Jeff Ferrell) of Clinton, MS, and brother, Randy Woolley (Tina) of Caseyville, MS. She will also be missed by her nephews Clay Woolley (Maggie), Kyle Woolley (Tiffany), great nephews Layton, Macel and Weston Woolley, great niece, Kinley Carrol Woolley and her special friend, Paul.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Wright and Ferguson in Clinton from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by the celebration of her life in the chapel at Wright and Ferguson.
Memorials may be made to the church of your choice or Gideons International in the purchase of Bibles to spread the salvation of Jesus around the world.
