Michael "Zant" Craft, 24, passed on December 11, 2022. He was born on March 9. 1998 to Mike and LuAnn Craft. He was raised and resided in Raymond, MS. Zant was a man of few words, but when he did speak it was to make you laugh.

Zant started roping around 6 years old. He loved his God, rodeoing, roping, riding his horses, fishing and hunting. He never met a stranger and was a very loving, caring and giving individual. He always put other people first.

Zant graduated from Raymond High School in 2016 where he high school rodeoed and 4-H. He received a rodeo scholarship to East Mississippi Community College. After college, he went to work for Contractors Millwork. On September 19, 2019, he received the greatest blessing of his baby girl Rilee-Jynn Craft. He was a proud and loving Daddy. She was the love of his life.

Zant was preceded in death by his Pop, Mickey Craft; Papaw ML & Granny Emmy Lou Ashley.

Zant is survived by his daughter, Rilee-Jynn Craft; his parents, Mike and LuAnn Ashley Craft; his twin sisters, Ashley and Emmy Craft; grandparents, James and Linda E. Freeny and Annette Craft; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Raymond. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. at the funeral home.
