Jackson – William Tucker Walsh, "Tucker", passed away on December 23, 2020, at Edgewood Health and Rehabilitation in Byram, Mississippi. He was 66. Mr. Walsh was born on September 28, 1954, in Biloxi, Mississippi. He was the son of Charles Galloway and Mary Frances Hitchen Walsh. Wright and Ferguson Funeral

Tucker grew up in Jackson and graduated from Jackson Preparatory School in 1973. He attended the University of Mississippi and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977 where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
He held the position of Technical Operations Manager for MCTA for many years helping to develop cellular networks throughout Mississippi. He was of the Methodist Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Gail Walsh Johnson.
He is survived by his son, William Amborn Walsh of Austin, TX; brother, Charles G. "Chuck" Walsh (Jane) of Jackson, MS and sister, Nancy Jane Walsh of New Orleans, LA; 3 niece's, 2 great niece's, 5 great nephew's and special friend Barbara Morris of Brandon, MS.
Service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral
