Milton "Wayne" McCarty, 73, of Canton passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at University Medical Center in Jackson.

A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Flowood.

Wayne was born September 16, 1948 in Laurel, MS to the late Milton and Ann McCarty.

He is survived by his son, Chris McCarty; daughter, Stephanie McCarty Parks; grandchildren, Colton McCarty, Mary Reagan McCarty, Cannon Parks and Macy Parks; brother, Mike McCarty (Carol); and sister, Debbie Whitaker.
