Truman Ray Lovell, age 74, went to be with the Lord on June 22, 2020.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Graveside Service will be held Sunday, June 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Clinton Cemetery in Clinton, Mississippi. The 2:00 p.m. graveside service will be available through live stream on the Wright and Ferguson Facebook page.

Truman was born in Booneville, Mississippi to Lona Mae and William Garvis Lovell. He was the seventh of a family of eight children. He graduated from Trasher High School where he excelled in basketball and baseball.

Truman loved to play golf and hunt but going fishing was his favorite past time. He could fry the best white perch in the state of Mississippi.

His love of people lead him to a career in sales beginning in 1969 and he retired in 2011.

His greatest love was his family. Truman is survived by his wife of 56 years Shirley, his children Todd Lovell(Jill), Dawn Marble(Scotty), Angie Sumrall (Wayne). Truman's life was blessed by his grandchildren Ashley Sumrall, Amanda Sumrall, DJ Marble, Casey Marble, Jessi Marble, Michael Lovell and Shelby Lovell. Truman was blessed with one great grandchild Bella-Grace Marble.
