Tristan Carraway, 24, of Clinton, MS, passed away on April 26, 2026. He leaves behind a life that, while far too short, was defined by deep connection, vibrant creativity, and a meaningful impact on everyone he touched.
A devout Christian and an amazing young man all around, Tristan was a full-time student pursuing a degree in Cyber Security. He beautifully balanced his technical ambitions with his faith, family, and friendships.
Tristan truly found his voice and his community in the digital world. More than just building a following, he built lasting relationships. Through his Twitch and X.com platforms, he connected with over 500 followers, creating a virtual home where people felt welcomed, heard, and entertained. His passion for gaming and content creation was the heartbeat of his daily life, evident in every stream, post, and interaction. Tristan possessed a natural gift for bringing people together, cultivating a loyal and engaged community through his humor, authenticity, and steady presence.
His dedication and talent earned him the respect of the broader gaming world, including recognition from a major gaming organization, a testament to the positive influence he wielded online. Tristan was also a valued participant in numerous Discord communities, where he was known for sharing innovative ideas, supporting his peers, and championing spaces centered on creativity and inclusion.
Beyond the screen, Tristan was known for being patient and calm under any circumstance. He was an incredible son and an amazing brother, a loyal friend, and a compassionate animal lover who especially adored his dog, Polo. He loved his entire family deeply and cherished every moment he spent with them. But above all else, Tristan was, is, and will always be his mommy’s baby forever.
As reflected in scripture, “This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him” (1 John 4:9). Tristan’s life served as a reflection of that love—found in the way he cared for others, built his community, and left an indelible mark on those around him.
He is survived by a large and loving family who will forever carry his memory in their hearts: his parents, Wesley and Caye Carraway; his beloved sister, Keira Carraway; his girlfriend, Areyah Pineda; and his best friend, Saige Lindenmuth. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Caron and Carey Downey; his paternal grandmother, Sandie Carraway; his maternal great grandparent, Barbara Downey; his paternal great grandparents Judith and Wayne Redmond; his uncles, Sean, Jason, and Nathan Copeland, and Zack and Russ Carraway; his aunts, Lindsay, Michelle, and Nikki Copeland, and Jessica Flanagan; and his cousins, Michaela, Addison, Parker, Cullen, Beckett, Fallon, Mason, and Rivers Copeland, Ashlynn, Adalynn, and Evan Clark, and Zaydyn, Cayson, Anna, and Carter Carraway.
