Obituary

Terry was born in St Louis, Missouri on May 20, 1939 to Mike And Evora Lane. She grew up in Charleston, Missouri. She passed away on June 19 from an accident at the age of 84. She is survived by her Husband, Bill Cole and her brother Mike and his wife Carolyn Lane. Terry was very talented, she played the clarinet, piano and guitar. She was a very intelligent and happy person. She worked for Merc Pharmaceutical Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Terry won a number of beauty contests. The last one was Miss Memphis. She attended Memphis State. Terry met Bill Cole In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1963 and they were married In 1966. While living in the northeast, they agreed that Bill would learn to snow ski and she would learn to play golf. She learned extremely well and won club championships in every club they belonged to starting in Chicago. She also won the Jackson City Championship. She had four holes in one. Terry and Bill enjoyed playing in couples tournaments all over the South East and the many friendships that they developed. Branson, Missouri was one of their favorites. Bermuda was their favorite spot for vacation and they enjoyed playing Mid Ocean country club. They also enjoyed traveling in their motor home to see this beautiful country. The North West was their favorite place to visit. Terry was a member of the St Marks Methodist Church.  Service will be at St Marks On June 21 with visitation beginning at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am. Terry will be buried at Cooks Chapel Methodist Church in Philadelphia, MS.
