Theodore Stephen Harkins, age 66, passed away on February, 17, 2023.  He is survived by his daughter Shannon (Kolbe) and grandson Oliver Joseph of Montgomery, Texas.  Steve was preceded in death by his parents Mitchell Henry and Mary Catherine Harkins.  Steve was dearly loved and will be missed by his brothers and sisters and his many friends and relatives.  The family would like to thank all of those who expressed kindness to Steve throughout his life.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Richards Catholic Church, Lynwood Dr, Jackson, MS on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 10;30 am.  Visitation will be 9:30 am to 10:30 am at St. Richard and interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery immediately following the Funeral.
