Rogelio M. Rodriguez was born on May 13, 1955 to the late Remijo and Concepion Moya Rodriguez. He passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at his home in Madison.

During his lifetime, Rogelio was a hard and dedicated worker. He was a welder for over 40 years. In his quiet time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. Rogelio was also a very good cook. He was a member of Parkway Pentecostal Church in Madison where he attended services on a regular basis.

He is preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings, Benito Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Julia Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, Elia Dara Rodriguez, and Guadalupe Rodriguez.

Rogelio loved his family and friends. He leaves to grieve his 5 loving children, Linda Rodriguez (Maurico Moya) of Pelahatchie, MS; Rogelio Jr. Rodriguez (Valaria) of Morton, MS; Jose Rodriguez (Maria Carmen) of Clinton, MS; Iris Monroe (Gerald) of Madison, MS; and Christopher Lopez; his only remaining sibling, Juan Rodriguez; and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews whom he loved and enjoyed spending time with.
Rogelio will be forever missed and never forgotten.

Funeral services will be held at 11am Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Parkway Church in Madison. The family will receive friends from 9am – 11am. Interment will follow in Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
