Richard Aldon Caraway, 80, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017, at the chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with the service to follow. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park in Clinton immediately following the funeral service.

Richard Caraway was a native of Jackson, Mississippi and lived in Jackson his entire life. For many years, he was an active member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church where he and his wife, Jerry, enjoyed the fellowship of the Tommy Davis Sunday School Class. He was a real estate developer and owned a Coldwell Banker franchise.

Mr. Caraway was preceded in death by his wife, Jerry, and his daughter, Julie Caraway. He is survived by his son Scott Caraway of Jackson, Sean and Elizabeth Milner of Clinton, grandson Nathaniel Milner also of Clinton and granddaughter Rebecca Milner of Denver Colorado.
