Ralph Alfred Reynolds, 92, was born on January 13, 1925 in Gloster, MS and died on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Baptist Medical center in Jackson. Mr. Reynolds attended schools in Centreville, MS until his family moved to Jackson, MS where he attended Central High School for his senior year.

Mr. Reynolds joined his Reynolds brothers Seaborn, Jr., George, and Robert in the service during World War II. Mr. Reynolds joined the ARMY AIR CORPS where he was a Radioman/ Gunner on B-17 bomber missions over NAZI Germany. After the war, he worked at various jobs and retired from Vickers in Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his wife Martha Davis Reynolds, his parents Dr. Seaborn Reynolds and Elizabeth Lea Reynolds and his sisters and brothers Bessie Reynolds Davis, Dorothy Reynolds McCurley, Dora Reynolds Walsh, Seaborn Reynolds, Jr., Dr. George M. Reynolds, Mildred Davis Reynolds, Robert Boynton Reynolds, and Annie Rose Reynolds. He is survived by Frances Lumsden Reynolds (widow of Seaborn, Jr.) Madison, MS, nieces and nephews Dorothea McCurley Hoffman (David) Woodville, MS, Dr. C. Dunbar McCurley (Mary Ann) Woodville, MS, Joyce Reynolds Mills (Harry) Altamonte Springs, FL, and Dr. George M. Reynolds, Jr. (Angie), Ridgeland, MS.

Mr. Reynolds was a longtime member of Parkway Baptist Church in Clinton, MS.

Visitation will be held at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton, on Monday Jan. 30 at 1:00pm followed by a Service in the Chapel at 2:00pm conducted by Rev. Ken Anderson. Burial will be at
Lakewood Cemetery.
