Patsy Ruth Fulgham, 76, passed away on December 17, 2020 at her home in Clarksville, TN. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Flowood, MS.
Patsy was born on January 19, 1944 in Shelby, MS to R. H. and Bessie Self.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jimmy Self.
She is survived by her children, Jerri Bell, Dana Walker and Barry Fulgham (Julie); her brother, Herman Self; ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
