Mary Helen Van Etten's Obituary
Mary H. Van Etten, 95, of Edwards, MS, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2020 in Jackson, MS. Ms. Van Etten, nee Mary Helen Wall, was a native of Newton, MS, where she was born on April 14, 1925.
Mary was the widow of John Henry Van Etten, Jr. John and she were long time cattle farmers and retired owners and operators (along with Kenneth and Betty Van Etten) of the Van Etten Grocery on Highway 467, Edwards, MS. She was a member of Antioch Christian Church in Newton.
Survivors include her brother, Glen Wall (Ruth) of Newton MS and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Antioch Christian Church in Newton.
