Mary D. Bernard, 87, died Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at her daughter's home in Clinton. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Thibodeaux, LA. Mrs. Bernard was preceded in death by her husband, Blair F. Bernard, Jr., her parents, Henry & Anna Dugas, her sisters, Margaret Hebert and Edna Mae Daigle and her brother, Henry Dugas, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Constance B. Gagneaux and son-in-law, Lew Gagneaux; grandsons, Jeffrey Gagneaux and Joshua Gagneaux; great grandchildren, Crystal Gagneaux, Taylor Gagneaux, Aaron Dickerson and Noah Gagneaux; great great grandchildren, Cayden Juel Moore and Constance Blaize Moore; as well as her sister, Wanda Dugas. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
