Mack Clinton Hales was taken into the arms of his Heavenly Father June 6, 2021. He passed away peacefully and gently with his family by his side in the care of Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, Ms.

Mack was born July 3, 1940 in Beauregard, MS to Freeman and Jessie Hales. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Diccie, Son's Perry (Cheryl) and Sean (Amiee), Grandchildren Cameron (Reanna), Dylan (Chelsea), Schuyler, Caroline and Carter, and Great Grandson Hudson. Additional family at his side was Charles Smith, Paulette Smith, Christian Smith, Adam Smith and Gail Barnett.

Mack was raised in Copiah County and graduated from Co-Lin High School. He received his associate degree from Jackson Barber College in 1961 and spent 8 years as a Barber with Merle Graham as Graham and Hales Barbers. He eventually became self-employed and was owner of Mack's Car Washes for 31 years. He was a member of Parkway Baptist Church in Clinton, MS.

A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M., June 19, 2021 at Parkway Baptist Church in Clinton, MS.
