Ordna Lucinda Rawson was born March 27, 1958, to Hoyt and Telatha Rawson and passed away on January 30, 2023 at her home in Flowood.  She was a graduate of Pearl High School and worked many years in the insurance business.  Lucinda was a devoted Christian and lifelong member of Flowood Baptist Church, where she enjoyed being a part of her Sunday School class and the Women of Grace ministry.  She loved to keep up with her family and friends by telephone and was a faithful prayer warrior and encourager.

Lucinda was preceded in death by her mother, Telatha Rawson; her grandparents, Lacy and Beatrice Stephens and Mills and Bernice Rawson; her brother, Stephen Rawson; her uncles Allen Stephens, Lester Stephens and Tommy Rawson; and her aunt Jane Husbands.  She is survived by her parents, Hoyt and Sarah Rawson, uncle, Curtis Rawson, aunts Omega Stephens and Jane Stephens, and a number of beloved cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at Flowood Baptist Church, with a celebration of life service beginning at 11:00 a.m.  A private burial will be held later.
