Len D. Turner of Flowood, MS passed away peacefully from natural causes October 30, 2020. Born March 16, 1929, Reverend Turner was preceded in death by his siblings Earl Turner of Baytown, TX, Annie Evans of Straight Bayou, MS, Betty McKee of Gulfport, MS, Davis Turner of Edom, TX, Robert Turner of Barbers Hill, TX, and Madge Choate of Baytown, TX.
He is survived by his wife Theresa Ann Groce Turner of Flowood, MS, sons Barton (and wife Ronnie Kweller) Turner of Washington, DC and Colonel Mike (and wife Debbie O'Donnell) Turner, grandchildren Erin (and husband Preston) Lewis of Clinton, MS, and Nicholas (and wife Kathryn) Turner of Madison, MS, great grand-children Riley, Kennedy and Emerson Turner of Madison, MS. His best friend was Ken North (and wife Lora) of Flowood, MS.
Reverend Turner is being cremated and his life will be celebrated at a Memorial Service March 13, 2021 in Flowood, MS. Details will be provided to friends and family at a later date. Donations may be made in memoriam to St. Jude's or MS Baptist Children's Home
