Lawrence "Keith" Hammons of Raymond, MS, 64 years old born on April 1, 1960 passed away at home after a short battle with cancer. 2 Corinthians 5:6-8 Absent from the body is to be present with Jesus.

Keith was an avid antique collector and car enthusiast. Keith owned and operated Keith's Auto Repair for 27 years. With God's blessing he built the shop from the ground up and he was so proud of it. He loved his customers and they loved him.

He was an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) for 27 years, he worked with a lot of people and helped anyway he could. Keith was the best husband, father, Pawpaw, friend, and he planned his life around his daughter and grandsons. He never judged a soul or gave up on anyone. He would say Jesus never gave up on me! He touched so many lives in so many ways.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Angie Hammons, his daughter, Sheri' Walters (Brandon Ladd) of Raymond, MS, grandsons, Bryce Buchanan and Tuff Sistrunk, both of Raymond, MS, parents, Penny and Wren Hammons, and brothers, Bobby (Cindy) Hammons and Wally Hammons.
