Kenneth David Anderson (Decoy), 75, of Raymond, passed peacefully in his sleep at the age of 75 on Thursday August 29, 2024 at his daughter's house.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home 201 Hinds Blvd, Raymond, MS.

Ken is preceded in death by his wives, Carol Anderson and Mira Murray (ex-wife); parents, Charles Andrew Anderson (father), and Alice Ruth Anderson (mother); Mary Alene Puyper (biological mother); Lela Earline Penton (sister); and Mike Woodard (brother- in-law).

Ken is survived by his daughter, Bronwyn Anderson Fesmire (Todd); and son-in-law, Eddie Halford; his grandchildren, Megan Adcock (Bryson), and Andrew Fesmire; step-granddaughter, Haley Bryant (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Mary Agnes Cross, Hadley Kathryn Cross, and Ainsley Nicole Adcock; siblings, brother, Dennis Earl Penton (Trina); sisters, Gail Dedeaux (Dennis Wayne), Rita Molina (Art), and Margarette; along with many nieces and nephews.

Ken was a native of Natchez, MS and an avid outdoorsman. He was most happy when he was outside either fishing or hunting. While Ken had several jobs throughout his life, the one that he loved most was truck driving. He always had a joke and was the consummate kidder. He never met a waitress he didn't give a hard time to and a good tip. Ken will be missed as a father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend.
