D. Keith Fraser, age 88 of Clinton, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

Keith was born on February 17,1937 in Akron, Ohio to Charles Robert and Althea (Griffin) Fraser. In 1945, he moved to Warren, Ohio to live with his grandparents, John Robert and Jemima C. Fraser. He graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1955 and the University of Akron in 1959. Keith served in the US Army from 1959 until 1963. In July of 1965 he married Anne (de Bozzi) Fraser, who survives him. He is also survived by a daughter, Valerie Gatewood (William) of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and two sons, Charles Fraser II (Carrie) of Woodbury, Minnesota and Keith Fraser, Jr (Karyn) of Brandon, Mississippi. He also leaves behind eight very-much-loved grandchildren, Kelly Gatewood Turner (Stephen), Rachel Gatewood, William Gatewood, Jr (Molly), Charles "Bobby" Fraser III, Greta Fraser, Nicolas Fraser (Allie), Abby Fraser, and Lucas Fraser; and two very-much-loved great-grandchildren, Evelyn "Evie" Turner and Mia Fraser. His siblings, Beverly Williams and Evan Fraser, preceded him in death.

Keith worked in the accounting department at the Packard Electric Division of General Motors (later called Delphi) for 33 years and retired in 1997. He was an avid reader who enjoyed playing golf and spending time with friends and his whole family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home, 106 Cynthia Street, Clinton, Mississippi on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
