Kathleen June White Farrior passed away peacefully on Friday July 3, 2015 at her home in Raymond. She was 89.
Born in Jackson, she was the daughter of the late Henry W. and Mary Griffith White. She was a graduate of St. Joseph High School. She married Luther Kelly (L.K.) Farrior. She worked as a secretary and office manager at North Brothers Insulation until her retirement.
She was a parishioner of the Cathedral of St. Peter in Jackson and was a member of the Southwest Square Dance Association.
Mrs. Farrior is survived by one son, William W. "Bill" Farrior (Ann) of Utica; two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Davis (Marvin) of Raymond and Kathy Axton (Phil) of Brandon; one brother, Henry W. "Sonny" White, Jr. of Mobile, Al; two sisters, Joy Holmes of Arkansas and Sherry Marshall (Ted) of South Carolina; 7 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, L. K. Farrior; a sister Margaret Reed; and a grandson, Jeffrey Russell Davis.
A Mass in celebration of her life will be held at the Cathedral of St. Peter in downtown Jackson on Tuesday July 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment at Lakewood South Cemetery.
