Katherine Jean McDaniel, died march 16, 2021 at 89 years old. She graduated from Central High School, met the love of her life and had four children that she loved dearly. She was mostly a stay at home mom but she did work at McRae's briefly and she loved to travel to the mountains and Hawaii. She loved to sew and was a seamstress. She was a special person and was a firm believer in the Lord. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She loved to watch Soap Operas and talk to her children and friends on the telephone. She spent 70 wonderful years with her husband and leaves a legacy behind of their love story which will never end. She will be greatly missed by all.
Katherine was preceded in death by her father A.G. Conn, Sr. and mother Bonnie Furr Conn, brothers Douglas Conn and AG Conn, Jr. and Sisters Ruthie Conn, Bobby Conn and Lucille Conn.
She is survived by her husband John L. McDaniel, sons Johnny McDaniel (Pat) and Steve McDaniel (Pam); daughters Lynne Miller McDaniel and Connie Lewis McDaniel (Larry Simmons); brother-in-law Pat McDaniel; sisters JoAnn Rushing and Jackie Conn Bridges and 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Wright and Ferguson in Raymond, MS followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00pm.
