Katharina Scherberich Hickman, 88, passed away November 25, 2013 at CMMC Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Friday November 29, 2013 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Raymond, MS, preceded by visitation at 9:00am. Burial will follow in Raymond Cemetery. Katharina was born in Dusseldorf, Germany on May 2, 1925. She married and moved to the US in 1950 and has been a resident of Raymond since 1968. She was a retired healthcare worker and a homemaker. She loved her family and friends and will be missed by all her knew her.She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Hickman, parents Joseph and Katharina Scherberich and brother Willie Scherberich.Survivors include two sons, James Hickman of Raymond, MS and Vern Hickman and wife Debbie of Picayune, MS two granddaughters, Heather Fairley and husband Jeff of Denver, Co and Holly Scurfield and husband Armand of Little Rock, AR and a host of nieces and nephews.
