Joan Jolly Dambrino's Obituary
Joan Jolly Dambrino, 83, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at 2 pm at First Baptist Church in Clinton with visitation before the service beginning at 12:30 pm. Interment will be at Clinton Cemetery.
Joan devoted her life to helping students fulfill their dreams of an education by working at Mississippi College as director of financial aid for a number of years, and with the Institutions of Higher Learning in financial compliance.
Joan was the daughter of the late C.T. and Essie Dawson Jolly.
Joan is survived by her two daughters, Virginia Watkins Grayson (Michael) and Audry Jo Dambrino; her sister, Mary J. Landrum, formerly of Clinton; nephews, Monroe Landrum, Jr. and Michael Landrum; and various extended family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Joan J. Dambrino Scholarship Fund at Mississippi College.
