Jo Ann Warren Cote, 90 of Madison (October 21, 1931 – July 23, 2022) will have a graveside service at 11am Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Puckett Cemetery. Reverend Tommy May will officiate.

She was a graduate of Puckett High School and Mississippi College where she received a degree in Criminal Justice. She worked for the State of MS in criminal justice until her retirement.

Jo Ann lived life to the fullest, loved the Lord, her family and friends, and was kind to everyone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, L.E. and Mary Warren; husband, Ben Cote; brother, Gordon Warren; and nephews, Joe and Lance Warren.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly McGuffee Boswell; granddaughter, Kristen Amonette Stanley (Dan); grandson, Adam Boswell; brother, Glen Warren; sister, Judi May (Tommy); great granddaughters, Isabella Amonette and Coley Stanley; great grandson, Aiden Amonette; niece, Merri McCoy; nephews, Jason (Shannon) and Brock Long (Ki); great nephew, Austin Long; great nieces, Kayla McCoy and Ali-Anne Long; and many beloved cousins.

Pallbearers are Adam Boswell, Jason Long, Brock Long, Steve Everett, Dan Stanley and Ronnie Means.
