James A Clark, 72 of Brandon, MS passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at the Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born Monday, July 17, 1950, in Itawamba County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in 114 Burney Drive, Flowood, MS. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 04, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Flowood, MS. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Gardens. Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home of Flowood is in charge of arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Olen and Pearlie Mae Clark.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Mary (Kitty) Clark of Brandon, MS.  His three sons, Marty Miller (Angela); Austin Clark; and James Clark, Jr. (Lorrie); His daughter, April Clark Bell (Scott); his eight grandchildren, Christian Miller, Haze Clark, Shelby Clark, James (Trey) Clark, III, Hannah Clark, Sophie Clark, Bryan Bell and Anna Beth Bell. His four sisters, Jonnie Mae Covington, Olene Boggan (Jerry), Joe Ann Clark and Jimmie Lee Cothran (Bob); and his brother, Olen Clark (Linda).

Pallbearers will be Scott Bell, Olen Clark, Jr., Dustin Clark, Christian Miller, James (Trey) Clark, III and Brian Bell.  Honorary pallbearer will be Haze Clark.
