Jack B. Smith, Jr., 80, of Brandon, MS, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 26, 2023.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Josie Gaskin Smith, Sr., and sister, Ann Campbell.

He is survived by his sister, Betty Taylor; his wife Phyllis; daughters, Jennifer Moyer (Douglas), Lana Easterling (Alan), and Amy Cook (Clark); grandchildren, Joe Moyer, Christopher Moyer, Jeannie Moyer, Ethan Easterling, Lauren Moyer, Reagan Cook, Drew Easterling, Emily Moyer, Sara Moyer, and Wesley Cook; as well as his great grandchildren, Jace Moyer (Joe) and Callista Moyer (Christopher).

He is remembered for his hard work ethic, love of laughter, affinity for vanilla ice cream, as well as his love for the Ole Miss Rebels and the New Orleans Saints.  Above all, he is remembered for his love of his family, and his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Crestview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
