Obituary

Harriette Luckett Kee, 84, of Jackson, Mississippi, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2014 at CMMC after a brief illness and courageous fight. Visitation will be held on December 11 from 57pm at Wright and Ferguson in Clinton. December 12, there will be a visitation from 1011am at St. Therese Catholic Church, with mass following. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Harriette, affectionately known as Grandma, was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. Harriette was born in Sulfur Springs, Mississippi on April 25, 1930, one of eight children, to Patrick H Luckett and Sallie Hayes Luckett. With her late husband, Bernard L Kee, Sr, Harriette served as a founding member of St. Therese Catholic Church in Jackson, Mississippi. Harriette was an inspiration to many, working until the age of 84 at CMMC. Above all else, Harriette loved being surrounded by family and cheering on her Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Harriette is survived by loving children, Bernard Kee Caroline, Charles Kee, Ann Frazier Lamar, Patricia Alford Billy grandchildren, John Frazier, Jennifer Varner, Bobby Alford, and Camille Kee greatgrandchildren: Zackary and Jackson Varner and Mason Alford.
