George L. Hill, Jr., 68, passed away on Saturday April 9, 2022.  There will be a visitation on Friday April 15, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Flowood.

Mr. Hill was a graduate of Forest Hill High School and then attended Hinds Community College having played football at both schools.  He graduated from Mississippi College where he earned a degree in Physical Education.  He taught History and coached in Brookhaven for one year before going to work for several years for Sears.  He finished his career working for Yates Construction Company in refrigeration systems mainly at the Nissan Plant.

He is survived by two sons; Levi (Princess) and Jason Hill; two grandchildren; his two sisters, Karen Williams, and Lisa Holifield (Vic).  He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry W. Hill.
