Dr. Fred "Dick" Dixon Robertson, Jr.'s Obituary
Dr. Fred "Dick" Dixon Robertson, Jr., received his wings Saturday, September 18, 2021. He was born September 23, 1946, was a deacon at First Baptist Church of Raymond and retired from Hinds Community College after 41 years.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patsy Sue Thornton Robertson of Terry; his son, Michael Toler Robertson (Stacie) of Brandon; his daughter, Anita Sue Robertson Buckles (Lee) of Meridian; his two brothers, Bill Robertson (Janie) Baton Rouge, LA and Lee Robertson (Kay) Vicksburg; his sister, Laura Robertson Upshur (Littleton) Nashville, TN; his sister-in-law, Carlene McCaffrey of Spring, TX; his nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Dorothy Robertson.
Pallbearers are Michael Robertson, Bill Robertson, Lee Robertson, Lee Carson, Lee Buckles and Littleton Upshur.
Honorary pallbearers are Bob Brinkmann, Ed Carson, Ricky Robertson, Jason Robertson, Chris Robertson, Daniel Robertson, Patrick McCaffrey and Daniel McCaffrey.
Memorial donations may be made to Leukemia Association and First Baptist Church of Raymond.
