Frankie Ruth Aldridge Heard, 84, passed away on February 12, 2021. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2021 followed by a funeral service at 2:45 p.m. at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton, MS. A graveside service will follow at Bolton Cemetery in Bolton, MS.

Frankie was born on September 11, 1936 in Bolton, MS to Willis and Ruth Aldridge. She was a graduate of Hinds Community College and Belhaven College. Frankie taught Sunday School for over 40 years at Bolton Baptist Church. She never met a stranger and dedicated her life to helping others.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Dan Aldridge; and her sister, Mary Wilson Aldridge.

Frankie is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ray Heard; her son, Steven Heard (Lisa) of Corinth, TX; her grandson, Austin Heard (Deanne) of Prosper, TX and her great grandson, Jackson Heard; her grandson, Brandon Heard (Chelsea) of Abilene, TX and her great grandson, Paxton Heard; her son, Michael Heard (Kate) of Madison, MS; her grandson, Andrew Heard (Mimi) of Jackson, MS, her great grandson, Carson Heard; her grandson, Sykes Heard (Laura) of Madison, MS.
