Frank L. Scanlon's Obituary
Frank L. Scanlon, 89, died Friday Sept. 27, 2013. Funeral services will be held 10:30am Monday from the chapel of Wright Ferguson Funeral Home Clinton, MS. Visitation will be Sunday From 4:00pm till 6:00pm and Monday from 9:30am till 10:30am. Burial will be in the Bolton Cemetery.
Mr. Scanlon was born in Collyer, Kansas on Sept. 17, 1924. He was a member of Bolton Memorial United Methodist Church, a Mason in the Grand Lodge of Miss F A M. He retired from Helmerich Payne Drilling Company.
Mr. Scanlon was preceded in death by his parents Lavina Owen C. Scanlon and his wife Agnes Milano Scanlon.
Survivors include his stepson, Terry McDonald Karen, sisterinlaw and caregiver, Jo Ellen Box Paul brotherinlaw, Joe Milano Jr.Puddin, sons, Frankie and Mark, daughters, Marti and Sandra, Brothers Claude Scanlon Joyce and Roger Scanlon Katie, sister Ruth Wilker Eddie, grandchildren, Lora Merritt Jon and Michael McDonald Melissa, and four great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bolton Memorial United Methodist Church, P.O.Box 87 Bolton, MS 39041 or to the charity of your choice.
