Frank Marchant's Obituary
Frank Marchant, 93, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in Jackson, MS. Visitation for Mr. Marchant will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton and on Wednesday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm with Services following at 2:30pm. Burial will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Marchant was a Boats Mate First Class with the U.S. Navy and a veteran of both World War II and the Korean War. He was a resident of Jackson for 56 years and retired from Desoto Inc. after 39 years.
Mr. Marchant was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Mary Marchant.
He is survived by his son Wayne Marchant, daughters Linda Stanford and Donna Vaughan, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
