Etoile Roberts Brown, 87, of Raymond went to be with the Lord on Friday December 1. 2017, with family by her side. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Wright and Ferguson in Clinton from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home with a one hour visitation before the service. The burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.

When she left this world she left us with a memory of a mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who was a "star" in every way.

Etoile was born in Jefferson Davis County to Gerome (Romey) Roberts and Nannie Blair Roberts. She married the love of her life, Dale Brown in the Spring of 1948. They moved to Jackson shortly thereafter. She began a career as an office worker at many of the car dealerships on North State Street.

Etoile was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Dale, both parents, one brother, John (J.W.) and three sisters, Helen Davis, Inez Starkey, and Roberta Barnes. Mama Toy, as she is called is survived by her son, Vic (Paula) Brown, her grandchildren Casey (John) Butler, Shelley Brown, Andy (Leanne) Brown and Carter Brown. She also has four great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Allyssa Butler and Anna and Natalie Brown.
