Obituary

Ella Faye Pickens, 91, of Clinton passed away Friday, June 3, 2016 at Mississippi Baptist Medi-cal Center. Born September 21, 1924 in New Albany, MS, Ella Faye lived most of her life in Port Gibson and Clinton. She attended First Baptist Church of Clinton where she was an active member of the senior program and choir. She was preceded in death by her husband Voyce Pickens, her son-in-law Hickman Warren, and seven siblings.
Survivors include a sister, Louise Davis of Blue Springs, MS; sons Donald Pickens and his wife Linda; Fred Pickens and his wife Sharon; and daughter Joyce Warren, all of Clinton. Ella Faye is also survived by seven grandchildren, Amy Vetter and her husband Randy; Jennifer Warren; Chris Pickens; Lori Hollis and her husband Richie; Kimberly Warren; Brad Pickens and his wife Laurie; Krysten Warren; and three great-grand children, Nicholas Vetter; Alyse Hollis; Adisyn Warren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 7 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation will be Tuesday 9:00 AM prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials to be made to First Baptist Church, Clinton.
