Elizabeth "Betty" Lee Comfort Dickson Gauthier "Bae", 69, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 4th 2019. She was a native of Jackson, MS and most recently a longtime resident of Flowood, MS. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was also an avid dog lover. She spent years providing great customer service for Catherine's, Hallmark Cleaners, Belk and Target.

She is preceded in death by her parents James M. and Sadie Comfort, and grandson Christopher R. Dickson. She is survived by her brother, Stanley E. Comfort, her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Nanette Dickson, her daughter and son-in-law, Wayne and Kim Darrow, grandchildren, Holly Irby, Allison Torrence (Nick), Tyler Beard, Michael Beard, Abby Grooms (Sam), Kimberly Beard, and great grandchildren Adalyn Torrence, Kasen Torrence, Cayden Grooms and Ollivir Grooms.
She is also survived by other remarkable people who loved her, Hannah Brown, Tyler Gordon, Corey Lee, Blake Brister and Justin Hawthorne.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Friday September 6, 2019 at Wright & Ferguson in Flowood. Graveside services will be held on Saturday September 7, 2019 at 10:00 am at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Bro. Mike Smith will officiate the service.

Tyler Beard, Michael Beard, Tyler Gordon, Justin Hawthorne, Todd Holbrooks, Roger Latham, Mark Miller, and Chad Thornton will serve as pallbearers.
