Deborah Lynn Fullen was born in Starkville Mississippi on February 3, 1963 to Jeanne Coker and Robert Arnold Jr. She spent time in other states like Louisiana and Arizona but Madison is where she called home.

Debbie, as her friends and family called her, was the loving mother of two boys, Joby and Culley Fullen. While she was known to most as a talented hairdresser or beloved friend, her favorite title was "mom" and "Grandma Debbie" to Quint, Rip and Margot.

Her vibrant personality and always optimistic disposition made Debbie an impossible person not to love. She never met a stranger, everyone was a friend.

Debbie loved a good gadget, made only more desirable if it was pink. Her days were filled with clients, many turned lifelong friends, in and out of "the shop," sharing stories and a little gossip. Spending time with her people was her favorite way to spend her days. Even better if it included a good game night or weekend at the movies.

A constant friend, resilient mother, and kind presence, Debbie made you feel at home, no matter who you were.

Though she left us far sooner than we would have liked, we rejoice that her body is healed and she rests with the Lord today.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father and mother. She is survived by her brother Robert "Trey" Arnold III and her sons Joseph Benjamin Fullen (Katelynn) and Culley James Fullen (Sarah) as well as her grandchildren, Quint and Rip Fullen and Margot Fullen.
