Deborah Kathryn "Debbie" Sparks, 64, passed away into the arms of Jesus on September 4, 2021.

She was born in Jackson on November 28, 1956 to D.D. "Del" Sparks and Kathryn Roberts Sparks.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, D. Steven Sparks.

Debbie is survived by her brother, Garry Sparks (Barbara) of Madison; sister, Amy Sparks Matthews (Danny) of Crystal Springs; nieces, Stephanie Sparks Holbrook and Rebecca Sparks; nephews, Aaron Sparks, Michael Sparks, and Kevin Sparks; along with 9 great-nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Woodville Heights Baptist Church and later attended Westview Baptist Church and Alta Woods Baptist Church. She worked many years for South Central Bell as well as vendors for the telephone company assisting the engineers in administrative support until her retirement in 2012. She was a member of the Byram Lions Club.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 10:00am – 11:00am at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton with services in the chapel at 11:00am. She will be buried at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson.
