Daniel Fowler, 62, passed away Friday, February 7, 2014, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS after a long battle with cancer. Visitation will be Sunday February 9th from 3 to 6 pm at Wright and Ferguson in Raymond. A graveside service will be held on Monday February 10th at 11:00am in the Edwards Cemetery.

Daniel was a life long resident of Edwards, MS and attended Raymond High School. He worked his entire life for local farmers and cattlemen in the Hinds County area.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Jimmie Lee Fowler and his brother, Clark Russell Fowler. He is survived by his brother, Sterling Willis Fowler of Andrews, NC and his sisters, Martha Jean Bishop Sonny of Homer, LA Jimmie Earlene Welch Kenneth of Palm Coast, FL and Cheryl Fowler of Jackson, MS one nephew, five nieces, two great nephews and one great niece.
