Daniel Boney, 55, passed away April 11, 2026 in Flora, MS.  Born to Steve & Linda Boney on July 14, 1970.  A life-long resident of Flora, he graduated from Tri-County Academy in 1988.  A jack of many trades, though Daniel would quickly tell you that he "didn't know nothin' about nothin'."

Daniel was quick with a joke or smart remark and would never think twice about sharing his opinion or tell you the best way to do something – whether you wanted to hear what he had to say or not.  Yet his heart was even larger than his personality (if that is even possible), especially when it came to the little ones.  Daniel loved being  "Uncle Boney" to a host of bonus nieces and nephews & "Daddy" to many bonus kids.  But he said nothing was better than hearing "Granddaddy"  from his two little pride & joy grandbabies.

Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, Steven, & favorite uncle, Ray Boney.  He is survived by his parents, Steve & Linda Boney of Flora;  his wife of 23 years, Bebea Boney of Flora; sons Dakota Boney of Williston, ND & Rober Boney of Terrell, TX; daughter Jamey Dean & son-in-law Shane Pyron of Clinton, MS along with granddaughter Maisyn Lee & grandson Roy Beckett Kayde.
