Connie Sue Blackmon of Clinton, MS passed away on January 20 after a lengthy illness. Connie was born on February 1, 1955 to Eckford and Betty Strowd the second daughter after Brother Jerry and Sister Bonnie. The family included four more Brothers, Milton, Tony, Wendall and David. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother Milton, Son Cary Gibson and nephew Jason. She was married for 27 years to Ron Blackmon and was Mother to Michelle Roberts, Mallory Ellis, and Anastasia Byrd. She was Grandmother to Avery and Addison Berg, She was Aunt to Sherry Clark, Heather Dukes, Devin Darsidan, Michael and Jonathan Strowd. She was niece to Nila Banfield. She touched so many lives and was loved by all and will be missed and loved forever!
