Chris Baker, 46, passed away on October 16, 2022 and went to be in Heaven where he will be happy and pain free. He was loved deeply and will be sorely missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at Morrison Heights Baptist church on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. for all who would like to pay their respects and honor Chris's life.

Remaining behind are his beloved wife, Michaela Baker, and his six wonderful children: Willow, Grayson, Michael, Levi, Abigail, and Christopher Baker. He also leaves behind a sister, Brandie Baker, his three parents: Craig & Sheri Baker and Debra Yeager, his in-laws, Rusty & (late) Judy Roach and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chris was a hard-working, intelligent, caring, and determined man. His entire world was his family, and he would do whatever it took to care for them and keep them happy. He planned father-son motorcycle rides to the beach, taught his kids to enjoy music & play guitar, and built just about anything his family ever imagined.

He never shied away from the mischievous and loved to tell how proud he was of his "5.883 on his quarter mile in no limit drag racing." He loved Lemonheads candy and never missed an opportunity to accept them. Chris was an artist, a visionary, a problem-solver, and a dad like no other.

He had a way with words and friends and was fiercely loyal. When he couldn't be outdoors, he was with his kids, but usually he just brought them along and shared any wisdom he found fitting for the time. He rarely missed the opportunity to pick a couple wildflowers with his kids to bring home to his wife. He will forever be missed by all his family and friends, and there definitely won't be any forgetting Chris Baker.
