Christina Rene Peters (Klinck), 55, passed peacefully at her Jackson home Thursday, October 5, 2017.
Christi was born June 2, 1962, in Jackson, MS and was a lifelong resident of the Jackson metro area. She attended Hillcrest Academy, Clinton High School, and Hinds Community College. Christi had a rich life making specialty cakes and volunteering with various charities and homeless shelters. She cherished her many friendships and loved her pets.
Christi is survived by her daughter, Mary Christine Hart, and granddaughters, Emma and Ella Hart; her birth mother and step-father, Lynda and Charles Pritchard; brothers, Charles Richard (Heather) and Gene (Jane) Klinck, sister Pamela (Gary) Flowers; step-brother, Kenny (Nina) Pritchard, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Louise Klinck, and brother Tom Klinck.
Visitation will be at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton, MS on October 14, 2017 starting at 1:00p.m. and a memorial service at 2:00 p.m..
