Charles J. Weeks, 87, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at his home in Brandon, MS. A graveside service will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 11:00am. Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home of Clinton is handling the arrangements.

Charles was born on September 19, 1935 to James and Katie Weeks. He joined the Army in 1953 and later went on to receive his law degree and be a Deputy Insurance Commissioner for Mississippi. In 1964, he married the love of his life, Mary Ann Weeks. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife, parents and brother James Weeks.

He is survived by his son, Gus Weeks and grandson, William Weeks.
