Charles Edward Sartin, Sr., age 83, passed away September 15, 2022, after battling Alzheimer's. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Lucille, brothers James and Robert, and sister Ethel. He is survived by his sister Sue, as well as his son Charles, Jr. (Robin), and three daughters, Cindy (Michael), Melinda (Tom), and Mandy, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Sartin enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.

He served in the U.S. Airforce as a military policeman from 1955-1961.

He retired after a career as a commercial electrician.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022, at 11:00 am at Coahoma County Memorial Gardens in Clarksdale, MS.
