Charles "Chuck" B. Kovarik, 58, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton, MS. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Clinton, MS with visitation beginning one hour prior to service. A graveside service will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Chuck was born on April 3, 1966 in Gulfport to John and Barbara Jo Kovarik. Chuck was known by many names - Dad, Cowboy, Ghost Rider, and his favorite, Pappy. He was a devoted husband, loving father, spoiler of grands, loyal friend, dedicated employee, and master behind the wheel. The love that he showed to both family and friends was second to none. The knowledge he shared was sought after by many and will be passed down for years to come. The stories and lore that he shared with all will live on for generations.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, John and Barbara Jo Kovarik; maternal grandparents, Bob and Lucielle Owens; and paternal grandparents, Charles and Josephine Kovarik.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Greer Kovarik; his children, John Avery Kovarik (Lisa), Emily Mason (Matthew) and Daniel Nix (Tasha); his grandchildren, Tyler Nix, Mackenzie Sauls, Nathan Nix, Austin Nix, Barrett Mason, Trevor Mason, Hunter Nix, Jane Kovarik and Nolan Kovarik; his brother, Ben Kovarik (Tracy); and his sister, Lou Ann Shelton (Reed).
