Helen "Cecelia" Jones, 77, of Jackson passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 at Baptist Medical Center.

Cecelia was born in Jackson, MS to the late Jesse J. and Helen Scott Jones. Cecelia was an avid reader and enjoyed fishing, cookouts, and other outings on the family farm. She was known for her keyboard skills with piano and computer and had a contagious laugh

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael S. Jones.

Cecelia is survived by her brother, Jesse J. Jones (Beverly) of Madison; sister, Cheryl B. Jones of Raymond; nephews, Matthew and Michael Jones; and niece, Jessica H. Jones.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
