Carolyn Farr Crane, 78, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at St. Dominic Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be from 10am – 12pm on Thursday, April 21, 2022 with the service at 12pm at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park in  Jackson immediately following the service.

Mrs. Crane, a native of Jackson, graduated from Central High School in 1962. She married Johnny T. Crane on September 9, 1962. Her family moved to Clinton in 1976 where she continued to live until her death. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clinton. She was employed by Allstate Insurance Company for nearly 40 years. She worked her way from an initial secretarial role to becoming the only Claim Evaluation Consultant for Mississippi and Tennessee by her retirement in 2008.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Hilda Farr, half-sister, Frances Farr Waide, and husband, Johnny T. Crane.

She is survived by daughter, Cindy Weaver (Ken), of Madison; son, David Crane (Amy), of Pearl; and, five grandchildren, Kayla and Hannah Weaver and Parker, Mary, and Anna Crane.
