Bobbe Parks Smith, 93, of Clinton, MS, passed away on January 18, 2023 at Brookdale Retirement Home in Clinton, MS.

Mrs. Smith was born on December 29, 1929 at St. Dominics Hospital in Jackson, MS, to Edna and Woody Parks. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, James Robert Smith (Smitty) and also her parents Edna and Woody Parks. She is survived by her son James Kelly Smith.

She is a graduate of the University of Southern MS. She enjoyed art and ballroom dancing. She retired from the State Board of Health after 34 years of service.

Services are to be held at Wright and Ferguson, 106 Cynthia St. Clinton, MS on January 24, 2023. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm followed by a service at 2:00pm.
