Billy Glen Craig, 84, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and again Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 9:00am – 10:00am at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Flowood. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow at Glenwood Memorial Park in Richland, MS.

Billy was born on November 21,1938 to parents, Leland and Christine Craig. He married Dorothy Elizabeth Earwood in 1957 and they had four children together.

Billy was a social and active man. He was deeply involved in his church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and family gatherings. Billy's family and friends will always remember him as a kind, loving, and gentle man.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Craig; son, Cecil Wayne; and daughter, Mary Ester.

Billy is survived by his son, Nathaniel Glen Craig (Shileen) of Brandon, MS; daughter, Gwen Craig Stokes of Manchester, TN; granddaughters, Tanya Russell of GA, Tracy Riley of TN, Natalie Hipp (T.J.) of Brandon, MS, Chrissy Fontenot of LA, Monica Fentress (Rush) of AR, and Tori Craig of Brandon, MS; nine great-grandchildren, Zoe Russell of Clinton, MS, Kim Hooper (David) of TN, Amber Bond of TN, Chloe Russell, Breckyn Hipp, Audrey Hipp, and Charlee Hipp all of MS, Henry Fentress of AR, and Riley Fontenot of LA; and one great-great grandson, Landon Hooper, of TN.
